Return & Refund

At Kumoumo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund policy.

Return Eligibility:
• You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Returns are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received

Return Process:
• To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details along with clear images of the product
• An unboxing video may be required to process claims for damaged or incorrect items
• Once your request is approved, you will be guided through the return process
• The product must be shipped back to us in its original packaging

Return Shipping:
• Return shipping may be arranged by Kumoumo or may need to be self-shipped by the customer, depending on the case

Refund Policy:
• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team
• Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

Important Notes:
• Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
